the location was great across from the guggenheim museum.

I found the room not well-kept. the wooden platform in the bathroom felt grubby with mildew all over. also, the toilet was so tiny i needed to contort myself to close the door. I didn't want to touch the door, wall or toilet bowl. the hotel photos made it look better than it really is.

broken blinds

the staff was cute at check-in and provided a map with food recommendations.

My room was not up to standard. It was small and noisy, and some things were broken. the blinds and extractor fan did not work. A street party with loud music outside my window kept me awake. i asked reception to have security address it, but they were unhelpful.
