the location is directly across from the guggenheim (very convenient for museum visits). the rooftop bar has really good views. the buffet breakfast featured a custom hot breakfast menu included within the price.
the room lacked bright light due to the interior room design.

the location was directly across from the guggenheim museum. the hotel had a rooftop bar and also a lobby bar. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay.
the room faced an office block, not the museum. the wooden platform in the bathroom seemed grubby with mildew. the toilet was small and made it difficult to close the door.

The rooftop bar provided amazing views of the guggenheim museum. the location across from the guggenheim was convenient. the staff members were helpful and cute. I particularly appreciated their quick responses. i enjoyed the close proximity to many excellent local restaurants.
The room i initially received was smaller than expected. I requested a change.

mixed feelings about my stay

the staff was cute at check-in and provided a map with food recommendations.
My room was not up to standard. It was small and noisy, and some things were broken. the blinds and extractor fan did not work. A street party with loud music outside my window kept me awake. i asked reception to have security address it, but they were unhelpful.
